Lorry and precious metals stolen
Thieves who broke into a warehouse in Norfolk loaded up a company lorry with metal valued at £7,000 before making their getaway in the vehicle.

About 2.5 tonnes of copper wire was stolen from the warehouse on Half Moon Way, Norwich on Wednesday.

Heavy copper components and catalytic converters which contain the precious metal platinum to cut emissions from car exhausts, were also stolen.

A 21-year-old man has been arrested and bailed in connection with the theft.
