The new block at the UEA will house 415 students
Plans to build a new student accommodation block at the University of East Anglia in Norwich are set to be backed by councillors.

The scheme to build a six storey building to accommodate 415 students goes before Norwich City Council on 14 December.

The building will be on the site of a former nursery building.

It will also include space for teaching rooms. It has been recommended for approval by council officers.

The building will cover 2,728 sq ft and will be on land to the north side of University Drive on the campus.
