Man remanded over fatal stabbing
A 23-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of an 18-year-old man in Norwich.

John Sewell was fatally stabbed in the Watling Road area of the Heartsease Estate early on Saturday morning.

Daniel Horner of Watling Road, Norwich, was remanded in custody by magistrates in Norwich until a preliminary hearing at the crown court on 14 November.

On Monday, two people were remanded in custody on violent disorder charges in connection with the incident.

Martin Punchard, 39, of Watling Road, and a 15-year-old youth appeared before Norwich Magistrates' Court and were remanded in custody for seven days.
