New footbridge links two counties
A new footbridge across the Little Ouse river, which links well-used country footpaths in Norfolk and Suffolk, has officially opened.

The 12m(39ft) long bridge at Blo Norton east of Thetford is made of timber and recycled plastic.

It was built as part of a three-year project to improve wetlands along the Upper Waveney and Little Ouse.

Norfolk and Suffolk council leaders, John Baskerville and Jeremy Clover opened the bridge on Thursday.
