Bus station site plans revealed

Proposals to redevelop the remainder of the site at Norwich bus station have now been revealed.

Developer NPS Property Consultants has submitted a planning application to the city council to build a three-storey office block at Surrey Street.

If approved, work could begin this summer and the new building could be completed by 2007.

A further application is also expected to be submitted for the development of luxury flats and a YMCA.

Norwich's new £5m bus station opened last August.
