David Lucas was found in a river with head injuries

A teenager has been charged with the murder of a 31-year-old man whose body was found in a river.
The body of David Lucas was pulled from the River Wensum near Whitefriars bridge in Norwich city centre early on Saturday morning.
A post-mortem examination shows the snooker playing labourer had extensive head injuries.
Dean Cullen, 18, is due appear before Norwich Magistrates' Court on Thursday charged with his murder.
