16m town revamp to be revealed
A multi-million-pound refurbishment of the centre of Dereham in Norfolk will be officially opened on Monday.

The 16m development of shops, flats and car parking has transformed the market town, with national retailers moving into the town centre.

The project suffered a setback after Breckland District Council replaced Centros Miller with Dencora as the developer in charge of the revamp.

The development will be opened by Cliff Jordan, former leader of the council.

"This development has transformed the town centre," said Mr Jordan.
