Three men have been charged after a firebomb attack on a block of flats used by migrant workers.
The three were arrested for questioning on Friday after the device went off on a landing at the Old Brewery flats at Watton in Norfolk on Thursday evening.
The men were charged on Saturday with arson with intent to endanger life.
Daniel Taylor, 21, of Shipdham; Sinclair Maynard, 25, of Watton, and Paul Lusher, 22, of Watton, have been remanded in custody.
They are due to appear at a special hearing at King's Lynn Magistrates' Court on Monday morning.
After the fire 22 residents, most of whom were Portuguese nationals, were moved out of the block in the middle of the High Street at Watton.
The fire was quickly put out by the fire service and no-one was injured.
