Lotto winner revs up for new life
Adrian Rush
The £45.m winner has rushed out to buy a Harley Davidson
A lottery winner rode off with his £4.5m cheque on the motorcycle of his dreams on Friday.

Stonemason Adrian Rush, 40, from Diss, Norfolk, showed off his new Harley Davidson after collecting his winnings.

The father-of-two, who shared the £9m Lotto Rollover jackpot on Wednesday, said he was struggling to take it in.

He bought his Lucky Dip ticket from Morrisons in Diss after doing the weekly shop with his wife Tracey, 39, who works as a playgroup assistant.

Fishing trip

He said: "I sometimes buy Lucky Dip tickets on the day of the draw if I have some spare change after doing the shopping.

"Usually I buy them for Saturday's draw but I happened to have £2 in change while we were in Morrisons so had a go. I've won a tenner a few times but I never thought I'd hit the jackpot !"

The couple found out about the win on Thursday after Mrs Rush checked the results on the internet - but she had to dash out before she knew how much her husband had won.

Mrs Rush said they were still pinching themselves, trying to decide how to spend their new fortune.

Mr Rush said they planned to build an extension and conservatory on their house, buy a new car and go on a Caribbean cruise. He also intends going on a fishing trip to France or Spain.

He said their two teenage children and immediate family - who all live in the Diss area - would also be high on their list of priorities.
