Shop faces action over saucy sign
A lingerie shop may face legal action to force it to remove an A-board that councillors have deemed too saucy.

Breckland Council planners said the sign detracts from the character of the grade II listed building in Dereham.

Planning officer Greg Britton said: "We do not think a picture of a semi-naked lady is quite the thing to enhance the history of the building."

But owner Roy Singfield said legal action is not necessary as he is moving premises to Norwich later this month.

"It is not rude at all, you can't see any boobs and it is not obstructing the pavement," said Mr Singfield.

The council is due to decide on the issue next Monday.
