Bus crashes on rail line bridge
Bus crash
The road was closed for about two hours while the coach was removed
A bus crashed through railings after colliding with a car and ended up in danger of falling onto a rail line with a 20ft embankment, police have said.

The accident happened on Stoke Road near the Cock Inn, Lakenham in Norwich at 1730 BST on Saturday.

Emergency services brought the passengers to safety and police said there were no serious injuries.

A Norfolk Police spokesman said the road was closed for about two hours while the coach was removed.

He said: "The driver called us and asked for an ambulance but no-one was injured so badly they needed to go to hospital.

"There was no risk to the bus which was pulled back under its own power but it left a large gap in railings."
