Rig flight crash 'compensation'
Oil platform
The men were being ferried by helicopter from a drilling platform
Five children, whose fathers were killed in a helicopter crash last year, will get compensation.

The crash happened while the men were being ferried from a drilling platform near Great Yarmouth.

Bristow, the company that owned the helicopter, has agreed a deal, but it still has to be approved in the High Court.

An Air Accidents Investigation Branch report said there had been an "anomaly" in the manufacturing of one of the blades which had been worsened by a lightning strike in 1999.

In the light of its findings, the AAIB ordered checks of Sikorsky S76s.
