A leaning, medieval tower in Norfolk has emerged as the regional winner in a competition running on BBC Two.
The Greyfriars Tower in Kings Lynn has been voted the building most people would like to see saved from a short-list of three.
The tower was up against a fort in Essex and a mill in Lincolnshire as part of the BBC's Restoration programme.
The television show takes viewers to all corners of the UK to reveal architectural treasures which could be lost forever.
The King's Lynn tower will go through to the final of the show where it will compete against buildings from around Britain for a restoration fund.
Following the results head of tourism at King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council Ruth Hyde said everyone was delighted.
However, she added competition to be the overall winner would be stiff.
Greyfriars Tower, which was built about 1300, needs repairs to the fabric of the building to ensure a safe future.
