Tony Bromley
Police say they do not have a motive for Tony Bromley's killing

Five men who were arrested on suspicion of murder after a Merseyside man was stabbed to death have been released on bail pending further enquiries.

The men, all in their twenties and from the Everton area, were arrested after 18-year-old Tony Bromley was found stabbed to death on Saturday.

The victim was found outside a property in Sprucewood Close in Tuebrook.

A 19-year-old woman who was also being questioned in connection with the death has been released on bail, police said.

A post-mortem examination has revealed Mr Bromley died from multiple stab wounds.

Detectives said he suffered a "deliberate and brutal attack".
