The 15-year-old handed himself in to police on Saturday

A 15-year-old boy is being questioned after a teenager was stabbed to death during a row at a party in Liverpool.
Luke Howard, 16, was found injured by police who were called to a house on Ashcombe Road, Old Swan, at about 0700 BST on Saturday.
He was taken to hospital with stab wounds but later died.
Liverpool's Labour group leader, Councillor Joe Anderson, said communities needed to reach out to teenagers tempted to carry knives.
Mr Anderson, who lives a few streets from where the stabbing happened, said: "It's really a worry for us all how easily now young people seem to want to settle disputes and scores by carrying knives.

It's a real challenge for every community up and down the country

"It's a real challenge for I think every community up and down the country how we deal with that, and how we point out that if something does happen and you're carrying a knife, you're more likely then to use it."
Merseyside Police said the 15-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of murder after handing himself in at a police station on Saturday.
A spokeswoman for the force confirmed that the 15-year-old and Luke, who is from the Old Swan area of the city, were both at the party.
Neither is believed to have lived at the address where police found the stabbed boy.
A second post-mortem examination will take place after a Home Office post-mortem test yesterday.
Police said this was routine.
"When there is a suspicious death there are always two post-mortems," the spokeswoman said.
Police are also waiting for toxicology results.
Supt Graham Yip has appealed for people at the party to contact officers investigating the murder.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police or Crimestoppers.
