Magistrates were told Davies had been convicted of 77 offences since 1992

A man has been banned from the centre of Chester for two years as part of a Criminal Anti-Social Behaviour Order.
Warren George Davies, 33, of Stamford Road, Blacon, is barred from entering the area surrounded by the A5268 Chester Ring Road until August 2010.
The order was imposed after Davies was convicted of a racially-aggravated public order offence in June.
Chester magistrates made the order after hearing Davies had been convicted of 76 other offences since 1992.
'Peace of mind'
For the next two years, Davies will only be able to enter Chester for attending appointments at named premises.
PC Steve Hannam, of Chester Inner Neighbourhood Policing Unit, said: "Davies has been responsible for a large number of public order incidents in the city and, despite action being taken against him in the past, he has not altered this problematic behaviour.
"This order will go someway towards helping Davies control his actions and giving the people of Chester peace of mind.
"It also gives us the power to more closely monitor Davies' behaviour and take appropriate action should he breach the order."
