Robber drags woman out of car
Police are hunting a man who dragged a woman out of her car in Cheshire before driving off in it.

The 24-year-old woman was in a silver Nissan Micra at the junction of Hale Road and Crossway in Widnes in the early hours of Sunday morning.

A man opened the driver's door and dragged her out before driving the car away - leaving the victim on the road.

The robber also made off with two mobile phones, a satellite navigation system and a quantity of cash.

The victim ran to a nearby house to raise the alarm.

She was left extremely upset and shaken by the incident and suffered back and arm pain as a result of being pulled from her car, police said.

Any witnesses are asked to contact detectives.
