Pool worker on voyeurism charge

A swimming pool attendant has appeared in court charged with voyeurism at the leisure centre where he worked.

Philip Jones, 19, allegedly photographed the woman at the Dunes Leisure Centre in the Southport area of Merseyside.

Mr Jones, of Roe Lane, Southport, appeared before North Sefton magistrates on Wednesday. The case was adjourned until 12 April.

Sefton Council confirmed Mr Jones was suspended while the case was pending.
