Murder inquiry after cyclist dies
A murder inquiry has begun after a 21-year-old man who was attacked on his bike died from his injuries.

Michael Harrison was found lying on Bridle Road in Netherton, Liverpool, with serious head injuries, on Friday.

He was taken to Aintree University Hospital in Fazakerley where he died on Wednesday night.

A 15-year-old boy has been charged with conspiring to commit robbery and a 16-year-old is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and wounding.

Both have appeared before South Sefton magistrates.

Detectives have said the area where the murder took place would have been busy with traffic and pedestrians and someone must have seen something.
