Two council workers have been found not guilty of spying on a naked woman using a CCTV camera.
David Welsh, 41, of Anfield, and Kevin Judge, 42, of Waterloo, were cleared of voyeurism at Liverpool Crown Court.
The Sefton Council CCTV control room operators had been accused of using the camera to spy on the woman in her home.
Judge admitted misconduct in public office while Mark Summerton, 37, of Kirkdale, admitted voyeurism, saying he aimed the camera at the woman.
The team supervisor, Vincent Broderick, 52, of Bootle, also admitted misconduct in public office.
'No sexual kick'
The three men will be sentenced at a later date.
The court was told the cameras had filmed the woman cuddling her boyfriend, undressing for a bath and using the toilet.
Mr Welsh said he had not seen the images as he was busy with other work while Judge said he had glanced at the screen but for no longer than a few seconds.
He said he gained no sexual kick from the image.
Judge Gerald Clifton said the incident had left the victim "shattered".
