Police hunt three over axe death

Detectives investigating the murder of teenager Anthony Walker have revealed they are hunting three people in connection with his death.

A-level student Anthony was found with an axe in his head in McGoldrick Park, Huyton, Merseyside, on 29 July.

Merseyside Police said on Wednesday they want to trace three people they believe were present at the murder.

Paul Taylor, 20, and Michael Barton, 17, have been charged with murder and are awaiting trial.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Merseyside Police.
