The fiancé of former Brookside star Jennifer Ellison screamed abuse at police who stopped him for parking on a double yellow line, a court has heard.
Jennifer Ellison was not in court
Tony Richardson, 25, who lives in Cheshire, admitted using threatening, abusive and insulting behaviour on 2 August.
The court heard he abused two officers who asked to do a "routine stop and check" of his car in Liverpool.
Richardson was fined £70 with £50 costs at the city's magistrates court.
The former sun bed salesman was "extremely aggressive" to police when they spoke to him as he and Miss Ellison sat in their silver Range Rover in Liverpool, the court heard.
The court heard the car was spotted by a special constable and a policewoman, and Richardson started screaming at them after they asked him to turn off the engine and get out.
The officer requested Richardson to "calm down" but, Richardson, "waving his arms" replied, "I'm sick of this. I'm getting harassed by you lot. Haven't you lot got anything better to do?"
The court heard he then ran off, pursued by the officers and was "again confrontational" when they caught him and arrested him.
Richardson yelled at the policewoman, "Remember my face, I'll remember you, what's your number? Don't forget I'll remember you."
Len Font, defending, said Richardson was sorry for his behaviour.
Jennifer Ellison did not attend court.
The 21-year-old pop star and TV celebrity was unhurt in the incident, which happened after she attended a fashion show at The Place, which is owned by former Liverpool footballer John Aldridge.
Miss Ellison, who played Emily Shadwick in Brookside, reached the Top Ten with her debut single "Baby I Don't Care" in the first week of its release.
She was the winner of TV reality show, Hell's Kitchen, earlier this year.
The couple got engaged last year.
