Dozens of season cards for Old Trafford were seized in the raid

Police investigating a large suspected ticket-touting ring have seized dozens of Manchester United tickets at a property in Greater Manchester.

More than 40 tickets for a recent match against Arsenal and dozens of season cards were found, along with £11,000 in cash, in the raid in Wythenshawe.

Three men, aged 23, 26 and 51, have been arrested on suspicion of ticket touting and other offences.

Greater Manchester Police said they had since been released on bail.

'Stolen goods'

A spokesman said the men were initially held after a house was raided on 28 January.

He said: "A number of items, believed to be stolen, were seized, along with a large quantity of football tickets."

A 51-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods, ticket touting and money laundering.

Another man, aged 26, was arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods and ticket touting.

And a 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of ticket touting and money laundering.
