Charge over teenager's road death

A teenager has been charged over the death of 15-year-old boy who was knocked down in Greater Manchester.

Christopher Dale, 15, was hit by a Mini Cooper as he crossed Lees Road on Saturday 13 June.

A 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named because of his age, has been charged with causing Christopher's death by dangerous driving.

He is due to appear before Salford magistrates on Thursday, Greater Manchester Police said.
