Two men have been charged with the murder of a man who was found dead months after he disappeared after a night out.

James Smith, 62, of Sydenham Street, Oldham, Greater Manchester, was last seen by his partner and son in an Oldham pub on 25 February this year.

His body was found on Union Street a few weeks later, on 15 March.

Keith Buckley, 21, of Goodwin Court, and Adrian John Huchinson, 24, of Byland Avenue, are charged with murder.

They are due to appear before Oldham magistrates later.
