Three teenagers have been charged with killing a man whose body was found in the rubble of a Greater Manchester warehouse destroyed by fire.
Henry Earl, 34, died in the blaze at the Klyne and Klyne cash and carry business in Salford in February 2006.
Three boys from Worsley, Salford - two aged 14 and a 15-year-old - have been charged with manslaughter and arson.
All three, who cannot be named, are due to appear at Salford Youth Court on Tuesday, 8 May.
The fire broke out at the warehouse on Manchester Road on 12 February 2006, causing a substantial amount of damage to the building.
Demolition workers at the site discovered the remains of a man in the rubble more than a month later.
He was later identified as Mr Earl, who was believed to have been sleeping in the building at the time of the fire.
