Teenagers injured in gang fight
Two teenagers have been taken to hospital with head injuries following a fight in Greater Manchester.

The boys, aged 13 and 14, were involved in an fracas between two groups of youths on Finney Lane, Heald Green, on Monday evening.

They were detained overnight in Wythenshawe Hospital but their injuries are not said to be life-threatening.

Police issued a dispersal order lasting until 2345 BST to ensure the disturbance was brought to an end.

Officers are to speak to parents and schools in the area and patrols will be stepped up in the vicinity overnight to help reassure residents.

Police are appealing for anyone with information about the incident, which happened at about 1915 BST, to contact them.
