Woman accused of stabbing murder

Lisa Bamford was stabbed to death

A woman has been charged with the murder of a 32-year-old woman who was stabbed to death.

Lisa Bamford was attacked in her home in Rothesay Road in Oldham, Greater Manchester, on Tuesday night.

A post-mortem examination revealed that she had died from a single stab wound to the neck.

Shukri Bilal, 22, of Rothesay Road, is also accused of two counts of attempted wounding with intent and is due before Oldham Magistrates on Friday.
