Pc Shaw died at the scene of the crash in Bolton

The funeral has taken place of a police motorcyclist who died in an accident while on duty in Greater Manchester.
Allan Shaw, 33, was taking part in a training exercise when he crashed at Crompton Way, Astley Bridge, last week.
The funeral took place on Thursday at St Oswald's church in Ashton-in-Makerfield.
Chief Constable Michael Todd said Pc Shaw was "well-liked and respected" by colleagues, adding: "He will be greatly missed."
Pc Shaw, the father of a two-year-old daughter, died at the scene of the accident in which he hit a heavy goods vehicle.
The funeral service was led by Father Brian Newns, Greater Manchester Police said.
Pc Shaw's work partner, Pc Rob Longman, gave the eulogy and Deputy Chief Constable Dave Whatton paid tribute to the officer on behalf of the force.
Mr Shaw, from Ashton-in-Makerfield, joined the police in 1999 and was based at the road policing unit at Plant Hill.
An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash is under way.
