Hospital fight taken to capital
Opponents of plans to cut some services at Rochdale Infirmary are travelling to London as part of their protests.

The group will meet with MPs about the proposals that they say could mean losing maternity services and cut backs in accident and emergency.

Health professionals, local dignitaries and politicians are among the thousands of people who have signed petitions.

Rochdale MP Paul Rowen said people would get the chance to lobby senior government figures at Parliament.
