A teenager has admitted raping four primary school girls.
The 14-year-old pleaded guilty at Manchester Crown Court to four counts of rape against the children, all aged between seven and 10, last July.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, committed the offences after the children played on swings in Mandley Park, Salford, Gtr Manchester.
He was remanded in custody and will be sentenced on 24 March. A further four sex charges were denied.
They were ordered to lie on file.
Psychiatric reports
Prosecutor Maurice Greene said the boy admitted none of his victims had encouraged him before the attacks.
The rapes took place in a secluded area of the park on 10 July, close to Leicester Road in Salford.
The boy was arrested the following day.
Judge James Hammond adjourned the case to allow psychiatric reports to be prepared.
