Patsy Calton fought cancer and an election campaign

There is unlikely to be a date for the Cheadle by-election until after the funeral of Liberal Democrat MP Patsy Calton.
The 56-year-old MP died on Sunday, five days after she travelled to Westminster to take her oath, following a long battle with breast cancer.
Details of Ms Calton's funeral will be revealed in the next few days.
Ms Calton, had the most marginal seat in the UK until 5 May when she won a greatly increased majority.
The MP, who was elected in 2001 with a 33 vote majority, was too ill to campaign in the recent General Election.
She was last seen at Westminster when she arrived in a wheelchair to take her oath after having travelled to London in an ambulance.
