Shopkeeper attacked with CS gas
Robbers sprayed CS gas in the face of a shopkeeper during a raid.

He was closing the convenience store in Villa Road, Oldham, Greater Manchester, when three masked men burst in.

As one raider sprayed the gas in the shopkeeper's face, the two others filled bin bags with cigarettes and mobile phone top-up cards.

He was then threatened and forced to hand over a large amount of cash before the men escaped to Bethesda Street where they fled in a waiting car.

The offenders were Asian aged in their late teens to early 20s.

One was armed with a metal bar.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Greater Manchester Police.
