Gina Adair is currently living in a private house near Bolton

The wife of convicted loyalist paramilitary Johnny Adair, is to appeal against a court ruling that she should not be given a council house.
Gina Adair's case will be considered by the appeal court after Bolton Council's decision not to give her a local authority home was upheld in the county court.
Mrs Adair and her family fled to Greater Manchester from Northern Ireland earlier this year.
They are currently living in a house in Horwich, which was attacked by gunmen in April.
She took Bolton Council to Manchester County Court - backed by the housing charity Shelter - after being told she did not fit the requirements for a council house, but lost her case.
Neighbours intimidated
On Thursday Mrs Adair confirmed she intends to appeal against the county court's decision.
The case will now be considered by the Court of Appeal in the next three months.
Bolton Council said however, it believes the original court decision was correct and they will fight any appeal.
A number of local residents have told the BBC they feel intimidated by the presence of the family.
Several have lobbied local councillors in an attempt to get the family moved.
Mrs Adair and her family were forced to leave Northern Ireland following an internal loyalist feud.
