Crossbow victim buried

A man and a woman are accused of murdering Mr Cawley
The funeral was due to take place on Friday of a man who died after being shot with a crossbow in Greater Manchester.

Charlie Cawley, 23, died at Rochdale Infirmary after an incident at an address in Balderstone Road, Kirkholt, Rochdale, on 3 June.

The funeral procession was due to leave Wastwater Street, Oldham, at 1120 BST before heading for Rochdale Cemetery where Mr Cawley will be buried.

Motorists have been warned to expect delays in the area.

Roger James Austin, 46, and 39-year-old Deborah Dunne, both of Balderstone Road, have been charged with Mr Cawley's murder.
