Police investigating the rape of a teenager in a park in Greater Manchester have charged an 18-year-old man.
The 17-year-old victim was attacked as she walked her dog in Moses Gate Country Park in Bolton, on 25 February.
Aytekin Yildirim, of Embsay Close in Astley Bridge, Bolton, has been charged with rape and attempted murder.
He is expected to appear before magistrates in Bolton on Friday.
Officers started a high-profile police operation after the attack.
A mobile police station was set up in the park, and mounted officers and extra patrols were drafted in.
