Police are appealing for help to identify a man whose body was found in Trafford Park in Greater Manchester in February.

The man's body was discovered in an empty container at the Securicor Amiga Building on Westinghouse Road in Trafford Park in the early hours of 22 February.

He died from natural causes and it is thought he may be from Nottingham or Northampton.

Greater Manchester Police have released a sketch of the man and hope someone knows who he is.

He was about 50-years-old, 5ft 6ins tall with blue eyes, ginger hair and a beard.

He also had a scar on the lower left side of his abdomen and gangrene in his feet, which would have needed medical treatment.

Inspector Alan Wearden said: "We have been trying to identify the man for a number of weeks without any success.

We know he had been living in Trafford Park for a number of months before he died.

"He is possibly called Dave and could have originated from the Nottingham or Northampton areas."
