Man charged with Tooting knife murders of brothers

A man has been charged with the murders of two brothers who were stabbed in Tooting, south London, four years ago.

Mohammad Ali, 24, an IT sales manager from Battersea, and Hayder Ali, 23, a recruitment consultant of Southfields, were attacked by a group of men.

The brothers were killed after a confrontation on Upper Tooting Road on 22 April 2006.

Imran Aslam, 27, from Balham, was appearing at Croydon Magistrates' Court on Monday.
