London's Great Ormond Street Hospital allegedly kept key findings of a report it commissioned into Baby Peter Connelly's treatment at the hospital from official inquiries, BBC London's political editor Tim Donovan reports.
The findings included the revelation that the doctor who missed signs of abuse the 17-month-old was subjected to, was not fully qualified to do the job.
Great Ormond Street said it had "shared the report with all appropriate bodies".
