Man to face court over stab death

An 18-year-old has been charged with the murder of a 20-year-old in a street attack in north west London.

Anthony Junior Parkes was attacked in Park Parade in Harlesden on 5 November. He was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.

A post-mortem examination gave the cause of death as blood loss following a stab wound to the leg.

Kemal McLeary, of The Mall, Harrow, will appear at Brent Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.

Three more people, a 19-year-old woman, an 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old youth, arrested in connection with the attack have been bailed pending further inquiries, police said.
