Teenager charged in murder probe

Daniel Duke died from gunshot wounds to the chest

A teenager has been charged with murder following a street shooting in south-east London.

Daniel Duke was shot in Alberta Street, Kennington, on Monday. The 22-year-old was taken to Kings College Hospital where he died hours later.

A post mortem examination gave cause of death as a gunshot wound to the chest.

Unemployed Luis Fernandes Sabogal, 19, of Penrose Street, Walworth, south-east London, will appear at Horseferry Road Magistrates' Court on Monday.
