Man arrested over stabbing murder

A 26-year-old man has been arrested over the murder of a 61-year-old woman in south-east London.

Rose Jatto's body was found in her home in Kenbury Gardens, Camberwell, by police on the evening of 4 January. She had been stabbed to death.

A post-mortem examination showed she had received stab wounds to the neck.

Police said a man attended Harrow police station on Sunday and was arrested. He is currently in custody at a central London police station.

The man, from Camberwell, attended Harrow police station voluntarily.
