Three injured in apartment fire

Three people have been injured in a fire in a first-floor apartment in west London.

Firefighters were called to Russell Gardens in West Kensington in the early hours.

A man and two women managed to escape the blaze in the apartment through another flat.

Four others escaped unharmed before fire crews arrived. The London Fire Brigade has launched a probe into the cause of the fire.
