A man has been charged with murdering a diner who was shot outside a north London restaurant.

Damion Blair, 26, from Wood Green, was found with fatal gunshot wounds outside the Too Sweet restaurant on High Road, Tottenham, on 13 February.

Morris Green, 34, of no fixed address, was charged with his murder. He is being held in custody.

A 37-year-old man was previously charged with conspiracy to murder but the charge was dropped on Friday.
