Third arrest over fatal stabbing

A third man has been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a teenager at a block of flats.

Detectives are investigating whether the death of Adam Pervaiz, 18, was linked to a drug deal.

He was found dead on Thursday in the stairwell of flats in Abinger Grove, Deptford, south-east London.

The third man - a 20-year-old - was being questioned by police after an 18-year-old was freed and a 20-year-old was released on police bail.

Police and paramedics found Mr Pervaiz at about noon on Thursday. A post-mortem examination revealed he died from stab wounds to the leg.
