Ten people were injured when a bus was involved in a crash and then careered into a shop front in west London.

The double-decker was in collision with a van before hitting the shop in Westbourne Grove at about 1100 GMT, on Monday, said a police spokesman.

Both drivers were injured and eight bus passengers needed hospital treatment for minor injuries.

Roads in the area were closed after the crash. A Metropolitan Police spokesman said no arrests had been made.
