A man has been sentenced to life for murdering a neighbour in a block of flats in north London.

Joseph Fox, 42, of Bejun Court on Station Road, Barnet, was stabbed on the landing of the property in January.

Julian Williams, 35, also from Bejun Court, was ordered to serve a minimum of 14 years. He was convicted at the Old Bailey earlier this month.

His girlfriend Zoe Langrish, 21, was sentenced to 15 months for perverting the course of justice.

She also lived in the same block of flats.

Mr Fox died from a stab wound to the heart.
