The family of a woman found beaten to death in a south-east London cafe have described her as "extremely hardworking and very good hearted".
A delivery man found Gloria Burgos' body in Goode Food Cafe, in Bermondsey Street in the London Bridge area, on Monday night.
The 54-year-old Colombian had been beaten about the head and body with a blunt instrument, police said.
A 22-year-old man remains in police custody on suspicion of her murder.
A police spokesman said they believe the victim and the suspect knew each other.
Mrs Burgos' daughter Elizabeth and her son Richard said their family has been left devastated by the murder.
She was described as a "loving wife, daughter, mother to three children and wonderful grandmother to her five grandchildren".
"Our mother was extremely hardworking and very good hearted," her daughter said.
"She put her heart and soul into running her sandwich bar and was deeply respected by all in the community.
"She was known for her great coffee and positive nature - her motto was 'the best ingredient is love.'"
