The parking attendant suffered serious head injuries
A man has been jailed for nine months after being convicted of assaulting a traffic warden in south-west London and causing actual bodily harm (ABH).
The victim, 38, suffered serious head injuries when he was attacked while on duty outside the Gardeners Arms pub in Chatham Road, Battersea, last June.
Kingston-upon-Thames Crown Court found Steven Pratley, 24, of Tooting, south-west London, guilty of ABH last month.
Lee Jones, 22, also from Tooting, was found not guilty of ABH by the court.
Both men had pleaded not guilty to the charge.
