Two people killed in hit-and-run

Two people have died following a hit-and-run in west London, Scotland Yard has said.

A 47-year-old man and a woman, believed to be 21, were killed when a BMW hit them in George V Way, Perivale, in the early hours.

The driver of the BMW fled the scene on foot heading west along Bilton Road. He is described as an Asian man who was wearing dark clothing.

Police are urging any witnesses to the incident to contact them.
